We saw the Fudge Man, on a cookery programme and just had to order some fudge!! It was amazing it lasted about two days in our house and I then ordered some for my mum who is also raving about it.
I will definitely be back for more....
Thank you
Luckily the “ Fudgeman” was at Brightlingsea food fair this weekend…
So I was able to taste his amazing fudge
I chose the coconut flavour and it was so good, I wish now I’d tried the other
Flavours too.
Will be ordering on line
Bought some walnut fudge from this lovely man at Dover Castle and it accidentally kept jumping into my mouth until there was nothing left ??Oooops I have now ordered a box and hoping it lasts abit longer ?
Definitely buying again and again!!
Steve was up in Essex today at the Brightlingsea Food & Drink Festival. where I tasted the best, most melting-in-the-mouth fudge ever. Neither packet of RUm & Raisin or Ginger (made with real crystallised ginger pieces) can possibly be beaten - and I've had a few fudges in my time. Most are stiff, tasteless and need more than shoudl be necessary chewing. Well done, FudgeMan. Hope to see you back in Essex some time soon. Ann
We buy this fudge almost everytime we visit dover castle. My 5 year old twins adore it. Its not like any shop brought fudge. Its creamy and sweet and you can tell its been made by someone that loves making it. You must try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
we went on a trip to England last year with school and we visited Dover Castle on our last day. I met the fudge man there (he's so nice!) and bought some chocolate and coffee fudge for me and my family.. it was hard not to eat the 2 bags already on the bus! He also gave me his card, which brought me here. I'll definitely order online sometime! loved it!!!
Bought five assorted bags of fudge from Steve yesterday at Dover Castle. Excellent taste: and enjoiyed "melt in the mouth" moments. Great job, Sir.
We found the Fudge Man at Dover Castle and wish we had bought more than we did!
The ginger fudge is just lovely, soft and warm but definitely ginger and the coffee fudge is delicious.
If i had to choose a favourite, I couldn't, both flavours are scrumptious!
Met The Fudge Man at Dover Castle earlier this year with family and had the most amazing coffee fudge and ginger fudge. Unlike anything you can find in shops. Loved it so much that we ordered some online. Absolutely amazing fudge with none of the over processing. It is hard not to eat the whole bag.
Bought some ginger fudge at Dover Castle yesterday ,really good!
